New Agent Workflow: Overview
This is the whole first stretch of an AGMG agent’s life, in order. Follow the four steps top to bottom. Don’t skip ahead: each step unlocks the next.
The path
Section titled “The path”- Getting Contracted: the paperwork that makes you an appointed AGMG agent with our carriers.
- Licensing & Certifications: the life license and the trainings a carrier requires before it will pay you.
- Sales Training: how AGMG presents and sells, so you’re ready before you sit in front of a family.
- Entering Applications: how to submit a clean application the first time, so it doesn’t come back as a returned policy.
Who this is for
Section titled “Who this is for”Any newly recruited agent, from day one. A partner should be able to hand a new person this page and step back: the workflow answers the questions they’d otherwise have to answer by phone, one at a time, over and over.
What “done” looks like
Section titled “What “done” looks like”You’re finished with onboarding when you are:
- Contracted and appointed with at least one AGMG carrier
- Licensed in your resident state, with AML and any carrier product training complete
- Trained on the AGMG presentation and able to run a full sit
- Able to submit an application that gets issued without a kickback
